What’s on in Dublin?

Yoga for Grounding @ My Yoga Body

Living Your Yoga is about bringing the life skills we practice on the mat, off the mat. And into our everyday lives. Join Aisling Conn and Wellfest teacher and contributor Ruth Delahunty for the first in a series of stand-alone workshops to help bring the practice of yoga into your daily life. This workshop focuses on ways to stay grounded through meditation, well-rounded asana practice and relaxation. There’s also supporting material to take home on nutrition and top tips to find your roots.

Let’s Fly – AcroYoga Workshop @ Yoga Dublin Ranelagh
 AcroYoga International and PartnerAcrobatics Certified teacher, Giulia is hosting this workshop. Giulia will bring us through the foundations and fundamentals of AcroYoga during this 2-hours workshop. Giulia will introduce basic poses and flows in a fun and safe environment; all weaved with partner drills, games, smart and accessible progressions and lots of solar energy.
This workshop is mainly addressed to people who have little or no experience with AcroYoga. Or those who would like to refine their acro skills and technique, nevertheless all levels are welcome!

What’s on in Tipperary?

Health, Happiness & Positivity @ Great National Abbey Court Hotel, Lodges & Trinity Leisure Spa

This event is perfect for anybody who has an interest in improving their health and well-being.  In this 4 hour seminar, you’ll hear from some of Ireland’s top fitness professionals about their journeys to where they are today. Speakers include; Gary McGowan (Skinny Gaz) from Triage Method; Nat Tilly; Orla Hopkins and Cillian Keane.

Through the day the experts will cover training. nutrition, mindset, business, social media and mental health.
