Where To Stay If You’re Travelling To WellFest

One of the most common questions we get asked is “where would you recommend for accommodation?”. So, we put the question to our community (because we know that our WellFesters travel from far and wide each year to attend the festivsl) and here are the top answers they came back with:
The Hilton, Kilmainham
In terms of proximity, The Hilton beats them all. Literally across the road from the RHK, Google Maps estimates that it will take you exactly 14 minutes to get from your front door to the festival gates on foot. Previous attendees have really rated The Hilton as a super venue to stay in for the weekend. And considering how many steps you’ll be doing during the day… The less you have to do to get home, the better!!
Price per night starts from €340. Best for those who are willing to pay a little more for comfort and proximity.
Cool features of this hotel include an indoor pool and pet-friendly rooms! and a fitness centre, if you have any energy left…
The Ashling Hotel
Not too much further afield, another top recommendation from WellFest veterans is The Ashling Hotel. This is another hotel that is within walking distance to the festival (approximately 15 minutes walk) and it’s in a great location if you are planning to visit any other Dublin attractions during your stay. It’s only a 2 minute walk to the Luas!
The Ashling is a 4 star hotel. Their rooms are very cushy, and they even have family rooms that can sleep up to a family of 5.
Price per night starts at €379 (this type of room can sleep 3 people) - Best to book direct as they guarantee you will pay €10 less if you book on their website!
Zanzibar Locke
This one is a little further out than the others, but it’s still SUPER close and very easy to get to WellFest from here! Zanzibar Locke is an Aparthotel (Like a hotel room with your own little kitchen!). It’s located near Ha’penny Bridge in the heart of Dublin, so it’s ideal if you were planning to go out and explore the city at night. The kitchen is also a super handy feature if you have a need to prepare your own food while you’re here.
You could walk to WellFest (around a 35 min walk) or you could easily go by Luas!
Price per night starts at €417. Our fav thing about this hotel is that it is dog friendly! And they have yoga mats in the rooms which is a dream. They also have a beautiful co-working space and a gym!
