SHERRY MANNION

Sherry has studied a wide range of movement disciplines all on top of her degrees in Anatomy & Physiology and Sports & Exercise Science. She is a Neuromuscular Therapist, a Mat & Reformer Pilates Instructor, a 500 hour Yoga Instructor and a Strength & Conditioning Coach. Sherry is fascinated with all things movement and uses her extensive background to design classes that fuse the mindfulness of Yoga with Functional movement. Teaching people to do less to get more. Her teachings are dynamic, challenging and full of energy while giving her students room to breathe, release and discover.
