Meet Alexandra, a dedicated teacher walking the path of Yin, Restorative, and Hatha Yoga. With over 400 hours of training under her belt, Alexandra designs and leads yoga classes to promote physical flexibility, emotional balance, and mental well-being. Fueled by her psychology background, she is an advocate for the healing power of words and slow-paced introspection. Life can be difficult sometimes. So, Alexandra takes each class and workshop she leads as an opportunity to remind Yogis that it's okay to do less. To focus on how they're feeling, not how they look in the pose. To quiet everything down and stay with the sensations deep within. And while this can be challenging, it's also deeply rewarding.
