Christina is a chef and content creator specializing in plant-based recipes inspired by her Greek Cypriot heritage and Mediterranean flavors. Her journey began 18 years ago when she chose to stop eating animal products. After training at London's Bubala restaurant and completing a holistic nutrition course, she grew the social following of MOB's vegan page to over 550k in two years. Now, through her own Instagram channel, she shares delicious recipes alongside tips on food waste, seasonal eating, and cooking with whole plants. Christina advocates that healthy eating can be exciting and accessible with the right ingredients and creativity. Her debut cookbook, Big Veg Energy, was published this January.
