Headliners Announced For WellFest 2024
Vogue Williams and Joe Wicks MBE announced for WellFest 2024, alongside festival favourites,‘The Food Medic' Dr. Hazel Wallace, Mr Motivator and Maeve Madden
We are so excited to welcome presenter, podcaster, DJ and leading fitness guru, Vogue Williams as a headliner for WellFest 2024. This will be Vogue’s first time headlining at WellFest! Vogue will be joined by fitness and Instagram star Joe Wicks MBE; medical doctor, author and podcaster, Dr. Hazel Wallace, better known as The Food Medic; health and wellbeing consultant and TV fitness instructor, Derrick Evans MBE aka Mr Motivator and broadcaster, outdoors enthusiast and food creator Roz Purcell.
WellFest will take place on the grounds of the Royal Hospital Kilmainham (RHK) on the weekend of the 11th and 12th May 2024.
Commenting on her upcoming appearance at WellFest 2024, Vogue said: “I am thrilled to be headlining WellFest for the first time this year. I’ve been to many music festivals in Ireland, DJing and presenting my podcast – but none quite like WellFest – where the weekend will be jam-packed with all things health, fitness and food related.
“I’m really passionate about exercise and fitness, and to me, it’s about so much more than how you look: it makes such a difference to my overall health and mental wellbeing. That’s why WellFest is so exciting – it’s an opportunity to try different kinds of exercise and hear from a really wide and varied range of experts across the wellness industry. I can’t wait to be on stage with fitness coach extraordinaire John Belton working out with everyone!”

2024 Festival Highlights
Attracting over 12,000 fitness and wellbeing enthusiasts last year, more than 150 health and wellness experts across 15 different themed areas will feature over the weekend, presenting masterclasses in fitness, wellness, Pilates, yoga, mindfulness, healthy food and more. Festival goers looking to fuel themselves throughout the weekend will have plenty of options in the WellVillage area with a vast range of health and wellness products.
Some highlights from this year’s line-up include:
Making her festival debut, Vogue Williams will present a workout on the Main Stage with her personal trainer John Belton, as well as delivering a talk in the WellTalk area.
Also new to the line-up for 2024, health and wellbeing consultant, and TV fitness instructor, Mr Motivator, aka Derrick Evans MBE, will take WellFest audiences through their paces on the Main Stage with movement, music and motivation for everyone.
Fitness and Instagram superstar Joe Wicks MBE, aka The Body Coach, will present a workout on the Main Stage, as well as delivering a cookery demo from his most recent book ‘Feel Good in 15’ in the WellFood area.
Also at the WellFood area, visitors will have the opportunity to expand their palette with cooking demos from influencer and chef Trisha Lewis, chef and activist Ellie Kisyombe, Ireland AM TV Chef Ciara Brennan and Mama Shee will bring the rich taste of Nigerian cuisine.
Roz Purcell will curate and host a ‘Hike Life’ panel, with leading female adventurers, record-setters and motivators. The discussion will aim to encourage more women to take up space in the outdoors and pursue challenges through inspiring and powerful storytelling.
Featuring in the WellTalk area will be performance psychologist Gerry Hussey, medical doctor, nutritionist and women’s health advocate Dr. Hazel Wallace, better known as The Food Medic; and career consultant Angela Burke.
Maeve Madden, fitness entrepreneur and founder of ‘Queens Don’t Quit’, will be back with a bang this year on the Queens Don’t Quit stage with her team of Queen Coaches. Maeve will be headlining the main stage on both Saturday and Sunday with her famous queen routines for a weekend of fun, fitness and ‘queen-friendship’.
Leading international and Irish fitness trainers will host workouts over the course of the weekend, including: one of London’s top personal trainers Faisal Abdalla, yoga instructor Reeta Cherie aka Just Breathe Yoga, Olympian and TV presenter, Greg O’Shea, and Hermann Melo, Zumba Education Specialist and international presenter.
Kids Go Free
WellFest is a family-friendly event, with up to two children aged 12 and under going free with every adult ticket. The festival features a ‘WellKids’ area for children, with lots of activities for young festival goers including yoga, dance, drama, Zumba, face painting and more.

This year’s event will be our best one yet, and we look forward to welcoming everyone back to the meadows of the RHK again in May.”

Weekend tickets for WellFest are on sale now for €78 + booking fee and day tickets are available for €63 + booking fee. You can book via this link. Children aged 12 and under are free, with two children aged 12 and under allowed per ticket.
