THE FULL SCHEDULE FOR WELLFEST 2023 HAS BEEN REVEALED WELLFESTERS!

And it is going to be a jam-packed weekend of all things health, fitness and wellness! Check out our full timetable by downloading the WellFest App.


The WellFest App is BACK for 2023 to give you full access to everything you need to know about the festival in your pocket. You can see the full timetable for each day, highlight the sessions you want to go to so you can organise your time, and you can even read up on all of the presenters and their sessions!

Of course, the main reason we introduced the app was to get rid of paper timetables and make the festival experience a little bit more sustainable and eco-friendly.

TIMETABLE HIGHLIGHTS

SATURDAY

  • Kicking off Saturday, make sure to join Maeve Madden and her Queen Coaches at the Queens Don’t Quit area for their ‘WellFest Warm Up’… To get your body feeling ready for the day!

  • Afro-Twerk with Lapree Lala is on at 10.30AM over at Experience By Reformation… This was SO much fun last year!! (We still haven’t quite mastered the twerk yet - so maybe this will be our year)

  • Joe Wicks MBE headlines the Main Stage at 11AM - If you haven’t witnessed this before it is a sight to behold! Get there early if you want to be close to the stage.

  • The Barretstown Danceathon kicks off at the WellKids Area at 11.15AM for the little ones!

  • POUND are on the Main Stage at 12 noon… The energy they bring is ELECTRIC. You don’t want to miss this!

  • Maeve Madden will be leading a HIIT workout at the Queens Don’t Quit area at 12. An amazing opportunity to get to workout up close and personal with the Queen herself! (Might even be a chance to get a selfie after if you’re lucky!)

  • International yoga star Jonelle Lewis will be taking over the Main Stage at 1pm, meanwhile Joe Wicks MBE will be doing a Q&A at WellMind (more selfies!).

  • Niamh Cullen is teaching a Dance Fit Combo at WellFit in partnership with FLYEfit at 1PM, or over at WellStrong there will be a ‘Lift & Learn’ class led by FLYEfit’s instructors for anyone interested in learning about lifting weights.

  • Maeve Madden is bringing her famous Combat Queens to Main Stage at 2PM - Get ready for the SPICIEST workout of your life!

  • At 2.15PM the wonderful Trisha Lewis will be giving a cooking demo at WellFood.

  • Hayley Madigan will be leading a class in the WellFit Area in partnership with FLYEfit at 2.45PM

  • Join Emma Kehoe in partnership with Mude for an inspirational talk on Female Empowerment in the WellMind area at 3PM.

  • James Kavanagh and William Murray will be doing a Currabinny cooking demo at WellFood at 3.15PM (this is sure to be gas craic)

  • Niamh Cullen is headlining the main Stage at 4PM with her ‘Sweat To The Beat’ class

  • Meanwhile at 4, Roz Purcell will be leading a ‘Women In The Great Outdoors’ panel at WellTalk.

  • At 4.30PM it’s time for some Zumba!! With international Zumba leader Hermann Melo, over at WellFit in partnership with FLYEfit.

  • Then at 5PM give your body a nice stretch after a tough day, with a flow from Mandala Yoga at the WellYoga Area.

  • Gerry Hussey is closing out Main Stage on Saturday with a beautiful meditation.

SUNDAY

  • The first thing kicking off on Sunday is a ‘Manifest Your Wildest Dreams’ class with Ella Ringrose at WellYoga. (If you all could manifest sunny weather for the day please!)

  • Kicking off the Main Stage on Sunday with some Zumba from Hermann Melo! He calls this session ‘Exercise In Disguise’

  • Over at the New Dimensions area there is some Techno Yoga to kick off the day, followed by a ladies self-defence class at 11.

  • POUND are turning up the volume on Main Stage at 11AM - It’s gonna get LOUD!

  • VITHIT will have classes from Headon Boxing Academy running throughout the day, so definitely make sure to get in for one of those!

  • Maeve Madden is leading a HIIT Party workout on Main Stage at 12 Noon, while The Skin Nerd (AKA Jennifer Rock) will be speaking at WellTalk.

  • Mr PMA is BACK… Join Faisal Abdalla on Main Stage at 1PM for ‘Faisal’s Finisher’… Sounds like a tough one!!

  • Lots of interesting talks at 1PM; with Blindboy speaking at WellMind, Dr Rupy Auja doing a cooking demo at WellFood and Dr Anita Mitra delivering a talk at WellTalk on ‘10 Things I Wish Everyone Knew About Gynae Health’.

  • Any yoga fans will want to head to Main Stage at 2PM where international yogi Chris Magee will be leading a practice.

  • ‘Sober Curious Queens’ is a panel talk happening at the Queens Don’t Quit area at 2.30PM, with Maeve Madden, Steph Elswood, Hayley Madigan and Lottie Daisy. This talk is in partnership with Gordon’s 0.0 which we have heard is amazing!

  • Hang around the Queens Don’t Quit for a Combat Express class with Maeve Madden at 3PM

  • Or if you are more in the mood for learning, there are two amazing talks happening at 3PM; Santis O’Garro will be speaking about Financial Wellness and its impact at WellTalk, while Shona Vertue will be speaking at WellMind on the topic of ‘Are Relationships More Important Than Exercise?’

  • Shona will then be headlining Main Stage at 4PM with her ‘Vertue Method Stretch’ (badly needed after a weekend of workouts!).

  • If you’ve got room for one more workout, Queens Don’t Quit are leading a session in the WellFit Area in partnership with FLYEfit at 4.30PM.

  • Finally, the wonderful Milena Jaksic will be closing out the festival with a breath-work session at WellMind.

Ticket Details 

Final release tickets are on sale now for €85 + booking fee and day tickets are available for €60 + booking fee. Children aged 12 and under can come along for free, with two children aged 12 and under allowed per ticket.
