I came across Yoga in my late thirties while struggling with a difficult migraine and constant agitation. I fell in love with this practice, experiencing a significant transformation both physically and mentally after just a few months. it easily became part of my routine, and a few years later, I decided to deeply explore the discipline and become a teacher. Teaching is an extension of my practice and my aim in life is to help students relieve stress and anxiety, supporting mental, physical, and emotional well-being.
