Lakshmi (Born Cliodhna O Riordan) is a yoga teacher who practices in the Satyananda Yogic tradition. 

She has been teaching for a number of years in beautiful West Cork. She offers yoga retreat days by the sea as well as workshops and regular classes.

She continues to deepen her own practice through studies with her teacher here in Ireland (YogaDhara) and through annual visits to the Greek Ashram, Athens. 

The practices of Satyananda Yoga - Bihar Yoga help to develop and fine tune ones awareness. 

Lakshmi teaches awareness of the body movements, sensations and breath. Her classes include hatha yoga, pranyama, meditations from the tantras and yoga nidra. 

As a practicing artist (sculptor) Lakshmi has a deep sensitivity to her surroundings and openness to the world.
