LUCY WOLFE

Lucy Wolfe is a leading Irish Sleep Practitioner, Relationship Mentor and Author. Best known for her work supporting parents, she is passionate about helping individuals to embrace and deeply nourish their own individual sleep profile with practices that can be integrated into the busiest of lives. With almost two decades of studying sleep and relationships, she is a graduate of University College Cork in Parent Mentoring and Relationship Studies and holds a Master’s degree in the Psychotherapy of Relationship Mentoring, Technological University of Shannon.  She has a private practice and is also a post-graduate researcher (PhD), recent research endeavors, surround intergenerational maternal sleep experiences. She has completed extensive training and education in Ireland, UK, and USA, together with continuous professional development, staying informed and engaged with up-to-date research and development in the field of psychoanalytic and psychodynamic theories, conscious parenting, childhood and inter-personal development and sleep health.
