Edizemi Onilenla aka (Mama Shee) and CEO of Mansions Foods is a Nigerian food producer who has been living in Ireland over 20 years.

Mama Shee saw the gap in the Irish food industry for African cuisine. Her passion and desire led her to push  African cuisine and especially Nigerian cuisine into the Irish food industry, becoming one of the leading African food producers in Ireland. Her products have gone on shelves in SuperValu stores across Dublin and on Amazon. Edizemi is still counting. These products such as  Kilishi (beef Jerky) and African chilies spices. Kilishi is dried beef strips which are high in protein and can be found on shelves in the food academy section of  some SuperValu stores across Dublin such as Lucan, Kilmaham. Rathgar Churchtown Deansgrange, Blackrock, the Pavilion Swords, Dalkey, Bray and Ballinteer.

Edizemi is an enthusiast who continued to  showcase the taste of African cuisine in Irish media,   food markets and festivals. A very popular appearance  in   Merrion Square food market  every Thursday and Moore Street food market Fridays and Saturdays. She also featured at some popular food festivals such as Taste of Dublin, Dublin Horse Show.  Edizemi continue to share her story and promote her culture through food across Ireland.
