MANDALA YOGA

Mandala Yoga is a vibrant and welcoming yoga studio based in Dublin founded by Amy and Susan. The word ‘mandala’ means circle’ and represents the strong yoga community that brings Mandala students and teachers together on and off the mat.  We are passionate about helping people to connect, move, breathe and flow their way to better physical, mental and spiritual health.  Mandala classes are known for their fusion of fun, flow, creativity and challenge. The Mandala mantra is a simple one: Strong Body. Calm Mind.

Amy O’Brien

Movement has been part of Amy’s life since a young age. After spending years as a competitive Irish dancer and involved in sport, Amy, always curious about what the body can do, fell in love with yoga 10 years ago. In yoga she found a balance of strength and flexibility that kept drawing her back. Today she is RYT 500 qualified having trained in Dublin and abroad.  Teaching for 8 years Amy is known for her artful sequencing and positive energy on and off the mat. 

Susan Ní Dhubhlaoich

Yoga found Susan right when she needed to abandon the craziness of the corporate ‘hamster-wheel’ in search of greater balance off the mat. Since 2009 she has been practicing and training in a range of styles and teaching alongside amazing teachers at home and overseas. Practicing for over 17 years and teaching for 12 of those, Susan is a lover of life, movement, words, flow, travel.  Ever curious, Susan embraces the joy of both movement  (vinyasa flow, hatha, animal flow) and stillness (yin yoga and meditation) and interweaves personal growth themes and yoga philosophy through her classes.
