This is our second time this weekend to visit our Strength training delivered via TRX suspension training systems. Its not always about how fast you go, in this session we slow the tempo and see how hard you can go in chasing your max effort.
A High Intensity Interval Training session using the straps. HIIT training can sometimes be delivered in the form of a “car crash”. What we tend to see is a lack of any true system when delivering these type of sessions, leaving gym goers vulnerable to injury and never actually achieving their desired training effect. We try to address that in this session.
This session will take you in to the heart of what we do at Kickstart Fitness and give you a taste of the magic. Using TRX®️Suspension and Functional training systems across all modalities we will make it personal in this all over body workout.
