Hermann Melo is a Zumba® Education Specialist (ZES) and an International presenter. Native of Colombia, he moved to France after finishing highschool at 17 years old, in order to obtain an International Business degree. 

His passion for dance and fitness pushed him to get his fitness degree in 2006. He took part in many step-aerobics championships in France and Europe. Looking to develop his skills and to add variety to his career, he joined the very first Zumba® Basic 1 Training held in France in 2009. This day changed his life forever: mixing his passion for fitness with Latin rhythms was a revelation. It allowed him to share his roots and bring people together. 

After only one year of teaching, his notoriety was already phenomenal. In 2010, he was offered the opportunity to join the Education Department at Zumba® as a ZES. He leads trainings in many countries targeting not only adults (Zumba®, Zumba® Step, Zumba® Proskills, Zumba® Rhythms 2 & 3) but also children (Zumba® Kids) seniors and people with special needs (Zumba® Gold)

He appears as a presenter on several commercial and Educational Zumba® dvds. He has produced and performed events like: "Zenith", "Z33" and "Sube la Temperatura" in 2013-2015 from South America to Indonesia.  

Hermann has been offered to participate in many Fitness Conventions Worldwide.  He never stopped teaching and training people via livestream during lock down.
