YOUR WELLFEST 2024 CHECKLIST - HERE’S EVERYTHING YOU NEED FOR THIS WEEKEND!
WE CAN’T BELIEVE WELLFEST WEEK IS FINALLY UPON US WELLFESTERS!!! HERE IS EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW (AND PREPARE) AHEAD OF THE WEEKEND.
STEP 1: PLAN YOUR SCHEDULE
If you haven’t already downloaded the WellFest app, make sure to download it now so you can plan your weekend! Within the app, you will find the full festival timetable. We recommend selecting the sessions you 100% want to get to as ‘favourites’, so that you can make sure you don’t miss a thing!
Within the ‘info’ section of the app you will also find some festival FAQ’s and a link to book WellEnergy treatments!
STEP 2: BOOK YOUR SESSIONS
Once you have an idea of what times your favourite classes are on… It’s time to head over and book your time slots for the WellEnergy Area! Please note these sessions MUST be booked in advance! In this area, you can book:
Check out full details on the WellEnergy Area, including pricing and additional booking links via the WellEnergy page!
STEP 3: PACK YOUR BAG!
The all important question… What do we need to bring???
Below is a checklist of some WellFest essentials that we recommend. One important thing to know: There is nowhere to store your bags on site, so try to make sure you only bring what you need and make sure the bag you are carrying is comfortable to wear!
Here’s what you should try to bring:
Refillable water bottle
Yoga mat (there will be a limited number for sale on-site)
Sun cream (weather forecast is looking good!)
Portable phone charger
Layers in case of all weather eventualities
Togs, towel & flip flops if you plan to use the hot tubs, sauna or ice bath
Cash in case of any wifi issues with card machines (never usually an issue but just in case!)
Phone with your tickets and WellFest App to hand
Space in your bag for freebies and purchases!!
Step 4: Plan Your Transport
Heads up WellFesters - There is no parking on-site so we recommend you plan ahead and use public transport to get to WellFest. The red luas line takes you to Heuston Station which is just a 5 minute walk, or for alternative public transport options you can consult this page on the RHK website.
Step 5: Check out our FAQ’s for any more questions!
If you still have some questions, please check out our FAQ page here. If you are having any issues regarding tickets, please contact our ticket support team via this link.
