First Headliners of WellFest 2025 Have Officially Been Revealed

this year’s lineup includes personal TRAINER to the kardashians; DB DONAMATRIX, GET BETTER WITH CHRIS, JENNY KEANE, EM THE NUTRITIONIST AND OLYMPIc ATHLETE NADIA POWER

We are so excited to finally reveal our biggest and most powerful programme of events to date WellFesters! This year on the 10th - 11th May, we will be welcoming long-time personal trainer to the Kardashians DB DONAMATRIX, mental health activist and trainer Get Better with Chris, bestselling author and nutritionist Em the Nutritionist, holistic sex educator Jenny Keane among many others. 

Head of WellFest, Sarah King had this to say about the announcement: “WellFest returns this May with two feel-good days, bringing together a lineup of hundreds of fitness trainers, wellness experts and qualified health professionals. Festival-goers can look forward to main stage workouts with LA celebrity personal trainer DB DONAMATRIX, tantra yoga with Jenny Keane, food demonstrations with Em the Nutritionist, inspirational talks with Get Better with Chris, yoga classes with Nike trainer Dr Rebekah Jade, and WellFest’s first ever run club led by Olympian athlete Nadia Power.”

In addition to the incredible lineup of movement, mindfulness, fitness and food, at the heart of this year’s WellFest are thought-provoking conversations and open discussions with overcoming adversity, sexual wellbeing, addiction and recovery all featured. Sarah King also comments “This year, we’re taking WellFest to a whole new level. We’re introducing new powerful perspectives and insightful honest conversations that delve deeper into the human experience. From stories of resilience, transformation to reclaiming personal power, we’re opening up space for raw, real, and necessary discussions, ones that go beyond wellness trends and get to the heart of what it means to live well. These conversations are designed to inform, empower, and inspire because wellness isn’t just about the body, it’s about the mind, emotions, relationships, and the way we navigate the world around us.”

Headliner Highlights

One particular addition that we are extremely excited for this year, is WellFest's first ever Run Club! Created to inspire runners of all levels to build endurance, confidence and community, this much-anticipated festival addition will be hosted by Irish 800m Olympic athlete Nadia Power. With over 150 health and wellness experts across 15 areas and stages featuring pilates, yoga, spin, strength, cooking demos, food, inspirational talks, open discussions and so much more, festival highlights for this year also include:

  • Kevin Twomey, co-host of the I'm Grand Mam podcast, brings his signature high-energy vibes to WellSpin with his electrifying indoor cycling class Pure Ride. 

  • With over 4 million views on her TEDx Talk, founder of Sober Girl Society Millie Gooch will take to the WellTalk stage sparking open and honest conversations around sobriety, sober curiosity, addiction and mental health. Dr. Brian Pennie will also join the WellTalk stage sharing his inspirational journey of a former heroin addict turned doctor and embracing his second chance at life. 

  • With over 10 million social media followers, Dr Karan Rajan is a general surgeon while also being one of the world’s biggest health and science social creators and will deliver refreshingly frank medical myth-busting and health insights during the festival. 

  • Joining Em the Nutritionist as part of the WellFood programme is TV Chef Erica Drum, Dublin dumpling guru Janet Liu, and plant powered chef Conor Spacey, with many more to be announced. 

  • You can also, as always, take part of 100s of fitness classes led by leading Irish and international trainers including body positive intuitive movement fitness coach Tally Rye, medical doctor meets Nike yoga trainer Dr Rebekah Jade, and WellFest favourites POUND and Zumba with Hermann Melo!

  • WellKids also returns with a full weekend of activities for young WellFesters to enjoy from yoga to dance classes.
